Usage Policy
Users acknowledge that they have read and agreed
to these terms by their purchasing of any package from infoHosting.
Terms of Service:
The following actions and activities are
not allowed and will result in the removal of the violating material and
or immediate AND permanent termination of your account(s).
Illegal, threatening, or harassing activities
or in promotion of said activities
Promotion of or dissemination of adult or pornographic materials
Promotion of unsolicited mass e-mailing activities, Unsolicited Commercial
E-mail (UCE) otherwise known as spam.
Unauthorized relaying of mail through another provider’s servers
Intentionally causing failures in another’s access or usage of the Internet (any denial of service attacks)
Posting of inappropriate messages to newsgroups, inappropriate as defined by the particular group’s charters, FAQs, or subject matter as described
by the title. Make unauthorized connections to or usage of ANY server on or through the Internet
Intentional distribution of Viruses (except for notification of appropriate authorities)
Forging of any protocol information (including but not limited to TCP/IP packets, mail messages and headers)
Unauthorized monitoring of any network traffic, exceptions are for diagnosing problems with your OWN network connection.
Users specifically agree that they will not utilize Info Assist services or equipment or email address in connection with the transmission of the same or substantially similar
unsolicited messages
Users found, upon investigation, to be deemed guilty of any of these acts may be blocked or terminated at Info Assists discretion.
Any client exceeding their allocated capacities (including but not limited to: web space, monthly bandwidth, etc.) will be notified via email and will have 5 working days in which to rectify or make provision to increase to the appropriate capacity.
Any changes to a users account requested by the user will be made within 24 hours and notified via email upon completed.
Payment:
Annual Renewal emails will be sent 3 weeks before the end of the contract. A further email will be sent one week before and then the account will be deemed t o be inactive if there is no response to these emails. It is the responsibility of the user to keep their contact details accurate. infoHosting is not liable where an incorrect address is given and no contact can be made with the user |
